The four-day Keld Resource Centre Festival marks the official opening of the newly refurbished Upper Room Events and Exhibition space. The festival programme covers heritage, the environment, nature, local history, religion and spirituality, topped off with a special performance from the Muker Silver Band
It provides a great opportunity to find out more about Upper Swaledale and Keld in particular

1045: tea and coffee
1100: official opening of the Upper Room events and activity space
1115: viewing of the 'Keld - Past, Present and Future' exhibition
1200: lunch (Bring your own or visit Rukin's tea shop or Keld Lodge)
1300: 'Birds of Upper Swaledale' guided walk led by David Peel or Bible Study led by John Proctor or time for own activities
1600: tea and afternoon prayers in Keld Chapel
