Kelham Makes: Make Your Own Aromatherapy Poured Candles

Joinus for a lovely, relaxing session at Kelham Island Museum this winter

Create your own scented candles using all natural soy wax. You will learn how to blend your own bespoke scents and essential oils to create a harmonious tailored scent, before pouring it into a unique vessel including apothecary jars, jam jars and vintage teacups.

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to make at least two candles.

This workshop would make a perfect gift to do with a special someone, or make some candles to give as a beautiful unique present.

Kim Searle runs Darn It! Workshops across the country, delivering creative sessions in venues including festivals, galleries and community spaces. With a focus on sustainability and well-being, Kim is passionate about facilitating workshops that build communities and encouraging accessibility. Kim also co runs Thread Republic, a Textile Reuse Hub in Huddersfield.
