About this Event
KETTFusion is a mixture of two very powerful and proven fitness disciplines into one awesome full body workout.
Using lighter kettlebells in an aerobic format, set to retro/popular music, and martial arts exercises set to tribal rhythms, to create a fun, energetic cardio, strength, toning and conditioning workout.
Equipment: A small kettlebell/weight or water bottle if available, however the exercises can be done without.
