Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are critical for driving performance, accountability, and value in contracts. This practical course will demystify KPIs, explain their role under the Procurement Act 2023, and help you apply them effectively in your organisation.
In this session, you will learn:

- The new rules for KPIs under the Procurement Act 2023.
- What KPIs can measure – and how to choose the right ones.

About the Tutor – Mohamed Hans
The course will be delivered by Mohamed Hans, Manager of the CIPFA Procurement Network, one of the UK’s largest practitioner networks. Mohamed is an experienced commercial lawyer with over 25 years of expertise in procurement practice and legislation. He has supported numerous public bodies, acts as a specialist advisor, trainer, and consultant, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences in the UK and internationally. His in-depth knowledge of procurement law and practice, coupled with his hands-on training experience, ensures that participants will gain both practical tools and legal context to confidently apply KPIs in their work.
