Sarah is a Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) transformation specialist with over 25 years’ of experience. After a successful corporate career operating at board level, Sarah set up World of Business Change Ltd in 2011. World of Business Change provides Marketing and Customer Experience solutions to organisations (large and small) to drive growth, profit and competitive advantage. One of Sarah’s current clients is Liverpool John Lennon Airport where she’s been working on a retained basis as the Marketing Director. Sarah has implemented an integrated CX and Marketing omni channel strategy which is growing market share and supporting route connectivity. 2015 was LJLAs busiest year since 2012 with an 8% passenger increase compared to 2014.
Sarah also chairs the Liverpool Visitor Economy Network Board focussing on cementing ‘Liverpool’ as the regions attack brand and catalyst to drive visitor numbers from international and domestic markets.
Sarah has had major successes delivering similar programmes with Manchester Airport Group (MAG), Mears Group Plc and chairing the Ports of Entry and Exit ‘Welcome’ Board in the lead up to the 2012 Olympics. Other recent clients include Zurich Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate, Gericke and Victrex.
