Kids adVentures February Forest School Holiday Club Manchester - Key Workers only

PLEASE NOTE - In line with latest Government guidance we can only accept bookings for children from Essential key workers or vulnerable families.

Running from Monday 15th February until Friday 19th February 2021

Our OFSTED registered Outstanding Forest School is based out of the outdoor space of our Garden Needs site with lots of activities taking place daily down in Kersal Dale which is located just behind our site.

A minimum of 15 children will be required to run the holiday club - if this threshold is not met the holiday club will be cancelled.

Ages

We are offering places for 5 - 11 years. 

Pricing

Standard day 7.30am to 6pm -  £35

Weekly rate (5 days) - £150 

Timings

Drop off - between 7.30am and 9am

Pick up - between 4.30pm and 6pm

Food

All children need to bring a packed lunch and their own water bottle. 

Childcare Vouchers

If you would like to pay by childcare vouchers we will take payment via invoice. Please enter the code childcarevoucher (there is a promotional code button at the top of the main tickets box). No payment will be taken for your booking through Eventbrite as you will be invoiced separately. Please ensure you fill in your childcare voucher details in the section for this on the booking form.

Discounts

Sibling  - We offer a sibling discount of 10% across the whole order. Please enter the code Sibling (there is a promotional code button at the top of the main tickets box).

To add a discount to a Childcare Voucher booking please add this to the Childcare voucher comments box on the booking form (at the end of the booking).

Children with additional needs/requirements

Who runs the Forest School?

Kids adVentures is a not for profit childcare provider that runs nurseries and Forest Schools across Greater Manchester.

The sessions are all run by qualified forest school leaders. All staff have a childcare qualifications, have been assessed by OFSTED and are fully first aid trained.

Tickets

Please ensure you print tickets off or have them available on screen to show to staff.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy - Refunds can be issued up to 30 days before the event, cancellations passed this date or no shows will be charged in full.

Coronavirus Lockdown - In the event of a national lockdown during the holiday club period, full refunds will be issued regardless of whether it is within notice period or not.

Late collection - There is a flat rate £10 charge for late collections, this is applicable from 1 minute past the collection time.

Please note - Social adventures reserves the right to cancel tickets at any time.

Any abuse of discount codes will lead to ticket cancellation.
