The complete KGH Hypnobirthing course in a weekend with an experienced practising midwife and entertaining trainer.

If your baby is born before the course starts a full refund will be made but otherwise fees for specific group classes are only refundable more than 30 days before the course starts and Eventbrite fees, that I absorbed, will not be refunded. Deferring or upgrading to another course may be possible upto 7 days before the course starts at my discretion. If the course is cancelled by the teacher a full refund will be made asap.

A KGH course helps you feel comfortable in pregnancy and prepare confidently for birth with an understanding of how to navigate the maternity systems and get the birth that's right for you.

I'm a registered & practising midwife with experience of supporting women through pregnancy, labour and birth in a variety of settings, so you also get access to my experience, skills and knowledge both during the course and for any odd questions that pop up afterwards.

We explore how the body works during pregnancy and birth so that you too can feel as awed and amazed as I am every day.

I take you through relaxation exercises and breathing techniques in class so you understand how to use them, then you continue practising them together and using them throughout the pregnancy. We also practise light touch massage and other techniques that can help you stay calm and relaxed in labour.

KGHypnobirthing helps to release fears and build confidence so you can look forward to the birth of your baby. It helps you communicate well as a couple, and with your health care professionals, because communication is the key to getting the support and personalised care you want for this very special event.

Included in the fee is a copy of (recently updated) The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves, a folder of course materials and an MP3 download of guided relaxations. After the course I will continue to offer follow up support for questions or queries that arise.

Optional coaching or postnatal support is available to create a VIP package if required.

Fees £275 per couple.

Suitable at any stage of pregnancy, most people start the course after the 20 week scan. Most women or birthing people bring their partners but some come with their mother or a friend - whoever is going to support you in labour. There will be refreshment breaks through the day and a light sandwich type lunch will be provided - please let me know any dietary requirements.
