Understanding and stopping anxiety, stress, worry, self-doubt, and lack of confidence from taking control.

6 Weeks course 6 x 2.5 hour sessions Saturdays 10.30 am to 1 pm

Over view

This course is designed to give you control over negative thoughts and feelings and full understanding of why they are there. Totally reducing the impact they have on living the life that you want and in some cases eradicating the negative thoughts all together.

Week 1. A. Animal, Algorithms, Asphyxiation, Appreciation

Understanding that you have instincts and unseen programs running in your systems all of the time. Understanding how you let these programs get in the way of what you want and how you strangle your own creativity and your courage to grow. Gaining an appreciation of why they are there. Practical exercises to instantly recognise and deal with these programs .Practical exercises to instantly change your mood.

Week 2. A. Association, Attachment, Accusations, Appreciation

Reinforcing the practical exercises to change your mood. Learning how to recognise the all of the previously unseen positive aspects of your life even when you are feeling at your lowest. Looking at your inner critic and changing the way that it influences your state of mind and changing it. Understanding how we interact with others and how not to allow other people influence how you feel.

Week 3 A. Adjustment, Allowance, Abandonment, Amusement, and FUN!

You are getting skilled at recognizing how you are thinking and are quickly able to change your state of mind to a positive and optimistic mind frame. You will learn how to let go of perfectionism and allow yourself to be free from fear. Learning how to have fun without being hung up about what other people think.

Week 4. S Systems, substance, Self-regulation, Self-management

Understanding and recognizing that you are now really in tune with your systems and are able to influence the way that you feel with ease.

Understanding how the substances you put in our bodies, food, drink, drugs etc. impact you. Putting systems in place to look at and achieve your goals without becoming overwhelmed.

Week 5 S. Sureness, Self-confidence Self assurance

Looking at how you can be confident in any situation.

How to deal with your nerves, before interacting in unfamiliar situations, ie an interview, a social event or a presentation. How to keep yourself connected and grounded, so that even in times of adversity you stay steady and level headed.

Week 6 S. Summing up, success and celebration

Summing up, refreshing any areas of the course that you would like to revisit. Assess how you have grown and developed during the course.

How clear and achievable your future goals are.

Look at the successes you have had since starting the course.
