· It is a rolling program of group coaching sessions with up to 15 other business owners, that will lead you through the key components of running a successful business and kick start growth in your business.

· The programme runs on a cyclical basis allowing you to join at any point. During a 12-month period we will cover the following topics:

2. Conversion Rate – Turning leads and prospects into MORE customers.

3. Increasing The Average ££ Sale – Getting you customers to spend more with you.

4. Maximising Profit Margins – Getting a handle on your numbers.

5. Number Of Transactions – Getting your customers to spend more often with you.

6. Building a successful Team – How to recruit the right people and keep them.

7. Goal Setting – What do you and your business want to achieve?

8. Dealing With Current Challenges – Time allocated each session to deal with current challenges in your businesss.

· If after your first FREE taster session you decide you would like to attend again, each coaching session is charged at £195+VAT, which includes up to two members of your team in attendance.
