About this Event

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Used as a way to manage stress, build concentration and aid resilience as well as a therapeutic technique.

An i-coach academy graduate and associate, Liz Hall is a senior practitioner coach, consultant and trainer on mindfulness and compassion at work.She has been the editor of Coaching at Work since it launched in 2005 and is an award-winning journalist.

Her coaching client work focuses on areas including transitions; work/life balance; stress management and resilience; emotional intelligence; transformational leadership, and responding to the climate crisis. Mindfulness, transpersonal and somatic coaching are all major influences for Liz.

She trained as a mindfulness teacher with Bangor University’s Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, and Solterreno in Spain. A pioneer in blending coaching with mindfulness and compassion (an approach she calls Conscious Coaching), she is in demand globally to speak and write on these topics.
