This course covers working positively towards a shared goal, understanding roles within a team, and enhancing your communication skills.

This course is open to anyone employed in a Kickstart Scheme placement roles.

The Kickstart scheme is specifically designed for those aged between 16 and 24, who are currently claiming Universal Credit, and may be at risk of long-term unemployment.
