What is Final Run Company?

Final Run Company is a multicultural theatre company based in London. Its members, all from different areas of the world, are emerging theatre creatives whose mission is to tell global stories with universal meanings.

What is Killjoy Theatre?

Killjoy Theatre is a newly-found, female-led theatre company currently dedicated to creating stories that touch feminist issues around the world, dealt with an experimental lens. They are interested in giving voices to women who struggle to be heard, and to invite other women to do the same.

We are both newly-found theatre companies trying to establish ourselves in the industry, and as a way to build up our audience and get commected to other like-minded creatives, we are hosting a spoken word open mic with a spooky, Halloween theme! The event is hosted in the upstairs function room at New Cross House (upstairs from the left side of the bar) at 7pm. Whether original or pre-existing, we welcome everyone who wishes to share their work with us, or whoever is looking for a cozy night with literature and drinks.

Dressing up is higly encouraged, whoever has the best costume will receive a free drink!
