Under the guidance of experienced designers, you’ll learn how to breathe new life into your favourite garments using intricate patterns that reinforce, repair, and celebrate fabric flaws. Whether you're mending a tear or adding a personal touch, this workshop will equip you with the skills to transform clothing into wearable stories. The main thing is to have fun and connect with like-minded people.
What to Expect:
- Intro to Sashiko: Discover the history and purpose of this traditional embroidery technique
- Hands-On Practice: Try basic Sashiko patterns and stitching methods
- Garment Repair: Bring your own woven/denim items or use provided materials
- Expert Support: Receive personalised guidance from skilled designers
