Morag Ofili, Founder (Kiltered) - Chair
Barrister Morag Ofili started Kiltered in 2020, a forward-thinking diversity and inclusion consultancy with a mission to take the fear out of building more inclusive workspaces. Using data analytics and organisational psychology, Kiltered helps businesses develop achievable strategies for change, and empowers businesses to put plans into action in a meaningful way.
Bayo Randle, Barrister (Devereux Chambers)
Bayo Randle is an experienced employment law barrister practising at Devereux Chambers; a leading set of chambers with broad employment law expertise. He was called to the bar in 2012 and is recognised in both the Legal 500 and the Chambers and Partners (both of the main legal directories) as a leading junior barrister. He is known for his work representing employees and employers in the full range of employment law disputes and has particular expertise in dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. He frequently provides legal advice and representation in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court and has acted in several high profile claims in recent years.
Ann-Maree Blake, Partner, Data Protection (Quastels)
Ann-Maree is a corporate, commercial and data protection lawyer. Ann-Maree works across many sectors and has a particular interest in the technology, health and beauty and luxury brands sectors. She has substantial experience in data protection matters including in advising on cross border data transfers and processing special category data.
Siobhan Howard-Palmer, Senior Associate, Employment (Brabners)
Siobhan is a specialist employment lawyer in an award-winning team at Brabners LLP in Manchester, having previously worked in Leeds and London. Her clients are primarily employers ranging from some of the biggest employers in the world to SMEs with less than ten employees. She has a wealth of experience in discrimination and diversity issues which has been a particular career interest of hers but also specialises in dismissal claims, restrictive covenants, TUPE, employee status and strategic and HR day-to-day advice.
