Join my Korean friend Mimi and me for this hands-on workshop to create your own batch of kimchi - ready to take home and ferment. We will try different batches of kimchi and learn how to use it in creative ways.
At the end of this workshop you will take home the kimchi jar you started at the workshop.
Included in the workshop are all the materials (jar, vegetables from the region, himalayan salt). We will also have some tasting bits of the different ferments that are currently brewing in my little kitchen.
