A gentle 6-session online series designed to help ADHD adults better understand and support their attention - without shame, pressure, or overwhelm.
Led by MBACP-registered counsellor Hollie, this workshop blends affirming psychoeducation, practical tools, and compassionate guidance to help you work with your brain, not against it.
Whether you struggle with task paralysis, distraction, or the emotional weight of “not being able to focus,” Kind Focus offers a safe space to explore strategies that honour your neurodivergence and foster self-compassion.
