Kindred Spirits

Welcome to Kindred Spirits!

We know that leading or managing a nonprofit can be both incredibly rewarding — and incredibly lonely.  We remember being warned about how isolating life at the top could feel, and thinking: surely it won’t be that bad. It was.  It can be exhausting, and too often you’re carrying it on your own.  

  So it’s really important to find a “tribe” — other leaders who truly understand the challenges and who can share experiences, ideas, frustrations, and wins. 

That’s why we are bringing back something B & G Partners LLP we ran back during the pandemic: a free, supportive space for charity and CIC CEOs and managers to connect, reflect, and find allyship with peers who get it. 

Called Kindred Spirits, we’ve already had interest in it from around the world.   Our aim is that will be:-

• A useful source of connection, reflection and support from people in different parts of the non-profit sector
• An opportunity to meet a diverse range of like-minded people, likely to have a range of similar issues we can work on together in an open space in which to “breathe”.
• A place where you collectively set the agenda and subjects to explore with support and facilitation from us.

You might even meet an ally with whom you can build a greater connection and an ongoing relationship.
