There is a charge for Gazebos (£20) which must be pre-booked with a maximum of 20 in the arena to be located as instructed by festival stewards. Add to your purchase at checkout.

Age 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (e.g. parent).

The entry fee for under-18's includes use of age appropriate children's entertainments such as bouncy castles, games and a climbing wall. Under 5s are free and don't need tickets.

Full Refunds will not be offered unless the event is entirely cancelled.

Dogs are not allowed in the arena (except assistance dogs). They are permitted in the campsite but they must be on leads.

Camping

Camping can be added to your ADULT ticket at checkout - For Camping, Age 17 and under must be accompanied on their pitch overnight by a responsible adult (e.g. parent).

NO Unaccompanied under 18 camping!!!

Camping pricing is per person, not per pitch. This covers you and your tent, caravan or motorhome.

For Camping, please arrive Friday 16:00-19:30 or Saturday 10:00-12:30.

Entry to the campground requires a camping wristband.

KMF U18 Campers and Responsible Adult Policy

As a response to concerns raised by our lovely visitors and neighbours we have decided to implement the following policy regarding young campers. We hope you appreciate that we do this to enhance your enjoyment of the Festival, to remain best of friends with our neighbours and to safeguard the continuation of KMF.

Persons who wish to camp and are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a 'Responsible Adult' (RA) throughout their presence at the Festival. The person acting as RA should be 25 years or older and must purchase all U18 camping tickets in their party. The RA must provide his/her contact details on arrival at Camping Reception. The RA must be present on site throughout the period of the Festival and remain contactable by Festival Control at all times. All persons entering the campsite must wear a KMF camping wristband; those under the age of 18 will not be permitted to reside on the campsite without a RA.

CANCELLATION 

In the event of the festival being cancelled all money received for online ticket purchases will be refunded in full.

Refunds for any other eventuality are not normally offered but would be minus the Eventbrite fees (<10% of the purchase price).
