We are truly thrilled to have Joe Hill joining us on the 29th of October to celebrate the release of his new book, King Sorrow.This event is the perfect way to really get into the Halloween spirit and come to hear about all things horror from a real expert!An epic horror opus from the bestselling author of Horns and NOS4A2 that ranges from 1980s Midwest America to 2020s England, King Sorrow sees six college friends summon the eponymous dragon-demon to wreak bloody vengeance on those who have wronged them.Joe Hill is an American fantasy and horror author, best known for his novels The Fireman and Heart-Shaped Box, and his comic book series Locke & Key.

Hill grew up in Maine, USA. His first book, the short fiction collection 20th Century Ghosts (2005) won both the Bram Stoker Award for Best Fiction Collection and the British Fantasy Award for Best Collection, and his debut novel Heart-Shaped Box followed in 2007.

After the huge commercial and critical success of his first books, Hill confirmed his identity as Joseph Hillström King, the son of one of the world's most famous living novelists Stephen King.
