Kingdom Citizens Empowerment Convention (KCEC) is the annual convention of Kingdom Life Chapel International Church (KLCI) where men and women nationwide, gather to be empowered and to discover keys for advancements in the Kingdom of God. KCEC is designed to strengthen, equip, enrich and empower kingdom citizens for expansion and positioning.
