Join King's maternity infant feeding specialists for a workshop discussing your options for feeding your baby. Information is evidence-based and unbiased, with links to reputable external resources. Find out more how your infant feeding choices will be supported.
This session will include -
- Breastfeeding, how it works, how to get started, common concerns, support available
- Responsive feeding
- Paced bottle feeding
- Tongue tie and other complications
- Support network within King's Maternity and in our local area
Birth partners are encouraged to join and attendance is recommended after 30 weeks. The course aims to get you off to the best start as a new family.
Registration
- A King's hospital ID is required upon registering
- Zoom meeting ID will be shared via the event page
The Workshops
- Participants will be asked to kindly mute for the main session
- There will be opportunities to ask questions via chat and time for open discussion and breakout groups
- Camera ON is encouraged to get the most out of the session but not required for attendance
