The team at King's Maternity look forward to meeting midwives interested in working in a band 5 or 6 role at both our Denmark Hill and Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH)sites. Jobs available in the community and inpatient environments.

The event will give you the opportunity to meet our team of senior midwifery leaders, specialist midwives and staff working in different clinical areas. You will be able to gain information on the services we offer across our sites and find out about the wellbeing support that King's offers to all Trust employees. Our Professional Midwifery Advocate team will be on hand to talk about how you'll be supported in your role along with the training and development programmes on offer.

Midwives who are interested in being interviewed should bring their CV, ID and proof of address to the event ( full details of valid document can be found on Identity-Checks-March-2022.pdf (nhsemployers.org) )

Come prepared for OSCE and CTG assessments on the day. Panel interview slots are available in the afternoon on a first-come-first serve basis.

These online workshops are a free resources for service users booked with King's College Hospital and Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) and are hosted by midwives, doctors, specialists and maternity support workers. In your first trimester, join the 'Welcome to King's' workshop to hear more about our services. Later in your pregnancy, join the Labour and Birth workshops, Baby Basics and Infant Feeding. For those with more specialist needs, we have Induction of Labour, Birth After Caesarean (if you've had a previous CS), Twins and Multiples, Birth With Confidence and more. If you are looking for peer support consider Black and Minority Ethnic Group or our Spanish language workshop.
