FAQs

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No we hope you'll save trees by NOT printing your ticket, it really isn't necessary.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you cannot attend any or some of the sessions please let us know and we will gladly welcome a colleague in your place. Do let us know so that we can print them a badge and ensure they are welcomed with open arms.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

As long as they don't mind being you and wearing your name badge that's fine with us. If they would prefer to be themselves for the day, then please drop us a note and let us know that there is a change.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We would highly recommend leaving your car at home and using London's highly efficient public transport system. The iconic Bush House is located at the junction of the Strand and Kingsway within walking distance of Holborn, Covent Garden, Temple and Charing Cross tube stations.

Where should I stay?

We have a number of options quite close to the venue, here are a few of them

There are also a number of Premier Inns (£) within walking distance to Bush House. These include Holborn, Blackfriars, County Hall and Waterloo.

How can I contact you if I have a question?

Please contact the Project Manager at your institution.
