Book Signing & Discussion:

Courage to Believe/Black Son Rising; Re-awakening the Warrior DNA in Black Men

This is Day FOUR of the Kings & Queens Book Tour, we will be at the Marcus Garvey Library on Wednesday 4th October from 6.00-8.30pm to hold a discussion based on the two books: 'Courage to Believe', an inspirational memoir by King Kevin Dorival which shows how he escaped a life of crime, jail and even death, to become a Marketing Executive for a top construction company. It's a must read for young men, which promises to help them tap into their own inner power and be victorious. Read the book ahead of the event so you can join in the discussion

'Black Son Rising; Re-awakening the Warrior DNA in Black Men' by TC Carrier targets Black men in general and defines the role of the Sacred Masculine that they must play in the resurrection of their family, community and nation. Read the book ahead of the event so you can join in the discussion

This event is specifically aimed at youth (both King Kevin and TC Carrier are youth mentors) and parents raising youth. It's a FREE event, but booking is advised!

Hosted by Cezanne Taharqa, author of the Self-help romance novel 'Journey of a Sister'
