On Saturday 27th September, I am hosting a Football Festival Taster Session for P2-7 pupils attend Kingsford and Fernielea Primary School as both schools would like to get teams formed to take part in our Saturday morning Festivals / Fixtures.
P2-4's session will be 9-10am
P5-7's session will be 10.30-11.30am
Location - Kingsford Primary Grass Field
Pupils must be supervised throught the whole session. The Active Schools Coordinator will be rotating teams and on hand for any first aid requirements
Pupils should come in sports kit, shin guards are recommended, and bring a water bottle. Please note there will be no access to toilets, changing room or water fountain so please come prepared - if required toilets can be accessed up the road at Sheddocksley Sports Centre.
To create teams after this day we require willing volunteers - and there are many ways you can get involved and support, this could be coaching, sharing fixtures with the team or being the first aider. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have on the day.
