Kingsland Church Service LIVE | 11am
Event Information
About this Event
Kingsland Church is open!
Due to COVID-19, we had to shut our physical doors for a while. The church has been flourishing and thriving online in lockdown, and now we finally are meeting up again each Sunday in the building!
We have a lot in place to ensure that the building is Covid secure and to help ensure we are playing our part in containing the spread of the virus. There are clearly marked directions and paths, lots of sanitising stations, and some new rules to help us all maintain social distancing. We are limiting services to 30 people in the congregation, so please book a ticket if you don't want to be disappointed!
CHILDREN AND YOUTH WORK CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THESE TICKETS.
Please purchase the specific ticket for your child by age so that they attend the correct group.
• If you, your child, or someone living with you has had COVID-19 Symptoms in the last 14 days, please do not order a ticket or bring your child to the session. This is to ensure limiting the transmission of the virus. If you need any further guidance about symptoms, please find them on the NHS website here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/
• There will be a maximum of 15 young people in each group. There will be two C&Y Leaders in each group.
• C&Y Leaders will wear masks for the duration of the session. Secondary school young people are also expected to wear masks when not seated.
• Young people are expected to stay sitting in their chair for the duration of the session, unless expressly told to do so by the leaders in the room. If your child is not capable of this, please do not assign them a ticket.
• All young people are expected to stay socially distant from other young people in the sessions at all times.
• We are accepting pre-registration only via Eventbrite. There will be no walk ins or late comers allowed to join the group. Please order the correct ticket via the Eventbrite page for the service, and please give the correct name for the child.
• Young people are expected to sign in prior to the session, and will not be allowed access once the session has started. This is to restrict movement and disturbance in the rooms as much as possible.
• Hand sanitizer will be offered at the start of the session, and will be offered (and used) throughout.
• Sessions will last for 1 hour only, regardless of how long the main service runs for. Sessions will begin at the same time as services.
• Once the session is finished, the leaders will bring the young people back into the main hall (Shekinah) to return to their parents. This is to restrict contact as much as possible in confined rooms.
• Each room will have an Entry and an Exit door.
• If desired, young people can bring their own water bottles, as we will not be supplying cups. Individually wrapped food items may be given out by leaders as part of the session.
• Any questions, please contact Davy via davy@kingsland.org.uk
