Why should you attend?

That is what BetterOff delivers with the improved customer experience and associated savings that go hand in hand with this approach. BetterOff is creating substantial savings for Kirklees Council, whilst also improving the overall advice service for claimants.
Kirklees Council’s headline savings:
- £400,000 cashable saving in the first 12 months
- 7000 unique users
- 50% drop in specialist advice requests
On top of this, as of this Kirklees have reported monetary gain of £4.1million since the platform went live in October 2015, through claimants receiving exactly what they are entitled to with the help of BetterOff
Be Involved: The BetterOff platform is also now live in Stockport and Enfield Council and our first housing association - Hyde Housing. BetterOff analysis in the process or has already been completed for:
- Herefordshire Council
- Glasgow Council
- Barnsley Council
- North Lanarkshire Council
- Norwich Council
- Sandwell Council
- Incommunities Housing Association
It’s now clear BetterOff isn’t just a platform suitable for one organisation, but can create savings for housing associations and local authorities across the UK.
Workshop Summary: The workshop will give you a chance to speak to colleagues from Kirklees Council that are involved in the implementation of BetterOff. As well as seeing a demonstration of the platform you will have an exclusive first look at the Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction processes that has recently been added to the platform.
