We begin with specially prepared ceremonial cacao setting intention and drinking as one we then move naturally into the flow of kirtan hearts open and singing together with sacred sounds and beautifully healing music.

Come as you are ! Bring a cushion and anything you need to keep warm !

Doors open 6:45pm for a 7pm start

Doors close at 7:15pm.

Cacao is made with oat milk and a little maple syrup. Please get in touch if you need it made differently due to allergies.

Water is recommended 🧡
