Join Chef Derren for a hands on workshop focussing on local, seasonal and sustainable fish and seafood.

Derren will take you through the fundamentals of choosing, preparing and cooking a range of fish using essential knife skills and a range of cookery techniques.

For lunch you will clean, de-beard and cook fresh mussels in a cider sauce served with sourdough bread.

You will fillet and debone a fresh fish and use this to make a south indian curry to takeaway.
