Kiwanis Young Professionals UK Sip And Knit

This is a fun event hosted by Kiwanis Young Professionals UK.

Specific address will be sent out closer to the time, but easy access from, Dagenham Heathway and Barking Station.

We will be making bonding squares for hospital donations. These bonding squares help mothers with babies in NICU (Neonatal intensive care unit), who have been deprived of the time to bond with their newborn babies. They are kept on the mother to add her scent and put into the incubator which helps the newborn.

Some of these squares can be knitted together to make a small blanket keepsake for the mothers.
