Klimax Parents Conference - Protecting Our Future

Klimax Parent Conference is put together with the aim:
1) To open up a hub of understanding of the challenges of present day parenting and how family relationship impacts on children’s live and challenges they are facing in making credible choices which can enhance their social/economic growth into adulthood, attitude to crime/drugs, anti-social behaviour, sexual exploitation, and healthy relationships choices.
2) To Provide and facilitate a hub of support and signpost for families, children and individuals who are adversely impacted the above highlighted points.
3) To identify challenging behaviours, the risk factors and make possible recommendation for parents, and people who are responsible for social care and children nurturing to militate against such behaviour and risk as wherever possible
4) To empower delegates to reach their individual networks, To cascade the ethos and available support.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes! For health and Safety Reasons, delegates must be at least 14 Years Old on or before the date of the event. (14 - 16 year olds admission is FREE)
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
UNDERGROUND AND BUS
The closest Underground station is Dagenham Heathway (District Line, Zone 5). ). Bus 174 (from Harold Hill via Romford) operates every 10 minutes and terminates at CEME. The journey time from the Heathway to CEME is approximately 15 minutes.
Rainham is the closest station to CEME, and is served by the C2C train line running from Fenchurch Street to Southend. During peak time, trains running from Fenchurch Street serve Rainham Station every 15 minutes. It is then a 5 minute journey from Rainham Station to CEME by taxi.

A13 from the west – London
Leave the A13 at the Dagenham East/Hornchurch exit. Turn right at the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the 3rd exit marked ‘Marsh Way’. CEME is the first turning on the left.
A13 from the East – M25 and Essex
Leave the A13 at the first Dagenham East/Hornchurch exit. Take the first exit on the left marked ‘Marsh Way’.
We have 500+ car spaces on site, so parking is never a problem.
