About this Event
Mastering basic knife skills is a must for any cook wanting to take their skills to the next level. In this class you will learn how to use a range of knives and how to keep them in their best condition.
Your tutor will teach you to chop, slice, dice, julienne, and work with vegetables, herbs and fruits in addition to jointing a chicken like a pro. During the class you will learn to prepare three Triple Tested GHI recipes using a variety of knives and skills.
Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested Recipes: Sesame Chicken with Five-spice Glaze, Crunchy Chicken Salad, Tropical Fruit Salad.
The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.
All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
