The Woodland Trust Scotland manages over 50 blocks of woodland across West Lothian, including Knightsridge Wood in Livingston. Our vision is for a world where woods and trees thrive for people and nature.
Drop-in anytime between 10am-2pm to help us with our second round of planting native broadleaf tress at Knightsridge Wood.

We will be meeting at Knightsridge Wood but will announce the exact location closer to the time. Please keep an eye on your emails.
Parking
There is residential parking nearby but please be mindful of local rules and residents.
Access
Knightsridge Wood has undergone extensive felling works in recent years so the ground is muddy and uneven. We therefore advise wearing sturdy footwear (wellies or walking boots) and waterproofs.
Facilities
There are limited facilities and no toilets on site. The nearest toilets will be at The Vennie (EH54 8RA), a 5 min walk away.
Extra things to know
- Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for planting outdoors. Good waterproofs, walking boots and warm layers are advised.
- No experience necessary! Our friendly team will provide you with a demo and the appropriate tools.

Booking helps us plan for expected numbers. If you can no longer make it, we appreciate you letting us know by cancelling your booking.
How to cancel your ticket?
1.Log in to your Eventbrite account
2.Go to the top right corner and select 'Tickets'
3.Click on the event you wish to cancel
4.Click 'Cancel Order'
5.Then 'Yes, cancel this order'
You should then receive a cancellation confirmation to your email.
