About this event

Hobbies • Knitting

'Ganseys' have a long tradition in coastal fishing communities, using decorative stitches denoting family, community, and good luck charms to protect the wearer in some of the most treacherous seas around the British Isles.

This two part workshop on the 10th and 17th of October will cover technique, local patterns and the opportunity to see some original examples.

Please note, only book if you are able to attend both sessions.
