Flying Start XP and Teen Tips have joined together as part of our ‘Knowing Me, Knowing you’ series to bring you an interactive virtual workshop supporting both parents and young adults in thinking about personal statements, university courses, apprenticeships and other options. Introducing the excellent psychometric tool, C-Me Colour profiling, this workshop focuses on understanding your key behaviours preferences, using the knowledge gained to not only build confidence in your natural strengths and the value you bring but also to enable you to articulate these clearly and with self-belief.

Everyone is different, they think, act, react and make decisions differently and that’s OK.

Whether you’re preparing for an interview, writing a personal statement, choosing a university, an apprenticeship, work experiences or gap year, having an understanding of what you do effortlessly is the foundation for building a future of happiness and success.

All attending young adults will leave the workshop with:-

- how to apply these strengths, adding value to personal statements/CV’s/Interviews

- greater confidence in who they are and what they bring, supporting decisions for their next steps
