Event description

Description

Supporting excellent social work practice through CPD and practice endorsement is the key focus of the South East London Teaching Partnership. Knowledge and skills statements in both adult and child and family services provide the bench marks against which professional practice at all levels is to be measured.

These introductory sessions are designed to help practitioners and managers across both service areas understand what is required of them and the CPD opportunities that are available to support their development.

The KSS Briefing Workshops Explores:

Why all Social Workers at all levels need to be aware of the KSS to Improve their Practice and Intervention Skills

The KSS and Supervision, self assessment and performance appraisal

How the KSS informs the National Assessment and Accreditation System

Signpost how you will lean more about the KSS through the SELTP Continuing Professional Development career pathway programmes
