The Police Foundation and Revolving Doors Agency invite you to their Knowledge Exchange Network event.
About this event
New Zealand Police will be speaking about Prevention First, their strategic approach to prevention. We will hear about their ‘journey mapping’, which is an initiative launched to look through young people’s life journey and identify points at which interventions could have made a difference. They will also talk about their social wellbeing boards, which provide a cross sector prevention focus to the work of local services. The agenda is as follows:
- 7.30am: Introduction
- 7.35am: Craig Clarke, Senior Sergeant, District Youth Services Coordinator, Counties Manukau District
- 7.55am: Ann Wilkie, Director of the South Auckland Social Wellbeing Board
- 8.15am: Questions from the audience
- 8.30am: Close
This event will be recorded for those who cannot attend. Please contact Stephen Walcott if you have any questions: stephen.walcott@police-foundation.org.uk
