Description

Wellbeing - Why it Matters and What Works

In partnership with Civil Service Local

Nancy Hey, Director of What Works Wellbeing, will share the latest findings from wellbeing evidence. She'll explore the implications for policy and practice across a wide range of policy areas including work, learning, social networks, loneliness, community governance, the built environment, culture and sport. This is a very successful event, evolving with every presentation and receiving some excellent feedback - particularly for its relevance and practicality.

Who is this for and how will it help?
This workshop is designed to help senior managers (G6s and 7s) and Fast Streamers understand what 'wellbeing' is about and why it matters, and ensure it forms an integral part of policy making when it needs to.
