Not at all. KOBOX is for everyone — from first-timers to seasoned pros. Connor will adapt drills so you can go at your own pace.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, water, and comfortable workout clothes you don’t mind moving in. Gloves, wraps, and pads will be provided.

What happens if it rains?

The class is weather dependent. We’ll monitor the forecast and let you know by the evening before if we need to cancel or reschedule.

Where do we meet?

Arrive promptly at Boom Cycle Battersea at 9:00am for bag drop. We’ll walk as a group to Battersea Park to start at 9:30am.

Is there somewhere to store my things?

Yes, you can safely leave your bag in a secure locker at Boom Cycle Battersea during the class.

How intense is the workout?

It’s a high-energy KOBOX session focused on drills and technique (no bags this time), so expect to work hard but you’ll be able to take breaks and Connor can help you modify if needed.

Are there showers available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can head back to Boom Cycle Battersea after the class to use the showers. We have towels available onsite for the showers as well.
