Can I bring a plus-one?

Alumni are welcome to bring family or a guest. Please add guest tickets for those joining to help your alumni host to plan for the gathering. Please note that guests tickets will cost INR500 per person, payable in advance to the host.

What information will be shared with the alumni host?

Your name, email address and phone number will be shared with your alumni host, along with the name and email of your guest if you are bringing one. We will share details of any dietary or access requirements. This information will only be used for the purposes of delivering this Global Gathering.

What should I do if I find that I can no longer join the gathering?

If you find that you are unable to join please cancel your place through Eventbrite or contact alumni-volunteers@bristol.ac.uk

Join fellow alumni in Kolkata for an afternoon of connection at The Backyard this November.

Kindly hosted by Dr Rizwan Javed (MSc 2017-18), the afternoon will provide ample opportunity to explore the venue and get to know one another better through group activities. We will finish up by sampling the delights of high tea.

All are welcome to join.

Cost: There will be no charge to join for alumni. Alumni are welcome to bring family or a guest, at a cost of INR500 per person.
