Korean Kitchen Cooking Class

Join this cookery class for an evening of relaxed fun cooking classic Indian curry dishes. In this class we will be making:

- Buchujeon (chive pancake)- Korean 'Fried' Chicken (with pickles)- Sookju Namul (Beansprout Salad)- Kimchi Fried Rice

💝 The classes are taking place at the Cyrenians Flavour & Haver Community Cook School in Leith - I will be donating a minimum of 10% of any profits back to this cause.

Suitability: This class is suitable for any level of cook.

Dietaries: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians or vegans. If you would like to check about any other dietaries please email eatingwithailsa@gmail.com. You must state any dietaries at the time of booking so that the correct ingredients can be purchased for the class.

Please note you will be working in pairs throughout this class - don't worry if you book on just yourself, we will make sure you have someone to work with!

This class has a minimum number of 4 participants required in order to run - we will inform you in advance if we need to amend or cancel for this reason and you will be entitled to a full refund.
