About this event

Krash Course: Lyric Writing Workshop is an interactive 2-hour session where we explore the art of lyric writing through fun, engaging, and practical exercises. Whether you want to create chart-topping hits, write for teaching, therapy, love letters, or simply for yourself — lyrics can go anywhere your imagination takes them.

We’ll be looking at a variety of material for inspiration — from Shakespeare to Central Cee, from Dr. Seuss to Jay-Z — showing how words work across different styles, genres, and generations. Please note: all material will be sourced from clean/radio-edited versions.

What to expect:

  • Supportive environment for sharing work
  • Guidance from an experienced songwriter
  • Exercises to spark your creativity

These workshops are great for individuals, schools, and youth clubs alike — and are tailored for specific age groups to make sure everyone gets the best experience.
