Entrants may run any of the suggested distances on your own, or with friends and email or facebook your proof of participating and your result to us. The Event wll be open for the month of July and August . We have a unique quality medal for all participants. Please note we can only deliver medals to northern Ireland addresses - but please feel free to enter to support our charities even if you are outside Northern Ireland.
