We are delighted to welcome Mairi Probin to our next HR Breakfast Club event on 2 March to discuss an issue that is becoming increasingly important and challenging for businesses in today’s market: employee engagement.
Mairi headed up the engagement agenda at Iceland Foods for four years, guiding them to the title of the ‘Sunday Times Best Big Company to work for in the UK’ twice, in 2012 and 2014. Mairi now works with organisations, big and small, to help them connect with their employees and develop a more engaged business.
A business’s biggest asset is its people, and the ultimate aim is to nurture a positive, engaged culture where people are happy to come to work and can effectively deliver the business plan to customers and suppliers alike.
Different businesses require different things and, by listening to people throughout the business, Mairi helps to develop a practical strategy that will make a real difference to a company’s employee engagement objectives through communication, leadership, listening and recognition.
The Kuits team will also be sharing their insights on how to deal with managing poor performance in the workplace in our HR Hotspot, as well as providing an update on all of the latest developments.
About the Series
We understand that employment law is a rapidly-changing area and it can, therefore, be difficult to keep up with all the new legislation affecting you and your employees.
Our employment law update seminars are aimed at HR professionals, business owners and anyone responsible for on-the-ground management. Delivered by our expert employment law team, our quarterly breakfast seminars are free to attend and offer you the opportunity to get clear, practical advice on all the latest changes and network with likeminded professionals.
To enquire about our events programme, or to sign up for updates, please email email@example.com.
