This Wednesday at 09:30 AM GMT, we will gather together for a guided exploration of self-discovery through holistic healing practices.
A small private group, to give every individual 1:1 attention. First come serve, first serve basis.
During this session, you will experience sacred cacao, known for its heart-opening and energising properties. Feel the velvety rich flavors and soothing warmth of cacao guide you on a journey of openness to self-reflection, and setting intentions for your session, but also for the themes that are important to you right now.
Sound / music is a key component throughout of this experience. We use sound frequencies and music as the conduit, the vehicle through which we explore, we discover and we allow ourselves to relax, re-connect, release the unwanted and the obsolete in a safe container, and to help us ground, recenter and feel the inner calm and the joy within.
We will play a variety of music and sounds that promote deep relaxation, release of tension and trapped emotions. You are expected to lie back comfortably. As you allow the different harmonies take you into various states, may it be tranquility, euphoria, freedom, relaxation, or even emotional release as our inner wisdom takes charge.
Through Kundalini Activation, you will reconnect emotions, mind and body, releasing stored tension and promoting a sense of embodiment. Experience gentle movements and guided exercises that encourage a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.
