What to Expect

This extended KAP journey is designed for those seeking a deeper energetic and emotional process. The experience is structured as two Kundalini Activation sessions (90min and 60min) separated by a ceremonial cacao break to deepen the experience and create space for emotional release and connection. This will be enhanced even more as the immersion is during Full Moon, which is a helpful transition for deep release.

We will begin with a Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) session to initiate the energetic and emotional release. After this, we’ll break for a ceremonial cacao ceremony to enhance the heart-opening process and allow the energy to settle. Finally, we’ll complete the journey with another KAP session to deepen and embody the shifts you’ve begun to experience.

In addition to the deep energy work, this day will also allow you to connect with like-minded individuals in the shared container, creating a supportive community and an enriching group dynamic.

This experience is for those who feel ready to drop into a deeper level of embodiment, allowing for both release and expansion.

Event Structure

  1. Welcome & Introduction – Grounding into the space and guidance on the process.
  2. First 90-Minute KAP Session – Energetic transmission and release.
  3. Cacao Ceremony – Drinking ceremonial-grade cacao to deepen the experience.
  4. Second 60-Minute KAP Session – A deeper journey for continued release, activation, and expansion.
  5. Closing Circle – Optional sharing and grounding.This event is intentionally limited to 11 participants to maintain intimacy and depth.

What is Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)?

KAP is a profound energy transmission that awakens kundalini life force energy and non-dual states of consciousness. It is a deeply transformational process that can lead to emotional release, heightened awareness, and a greater sense of alignment with your true self.

With continued exposure, this process can rewire the brain and nervous system, releasing emotional blockages and expanding awareness. Participants often experience signs of kundalini awakening, ranging from subtle sensations to significant breakthroughs.

By activating your kundalini energy, you may:

  • Release stored emotions, trauma, and limiting beliefs
  • Strengthen intuition and self-awareness
  • Experience deep states of peace, clarity, and connection
  • Feel more inspired, creative, and motivated

What Happens During the Energy Transmission?

KAP follows the path of surrender, not willpower—meaning every experience is valid, whether subtle or intense. Some common responses include:

  • Spontaneous body movements
  • Emotional release (crying, laughing, deep relief)
  • Visions, insights, or clarity
  • Bliss states and expanded consciousness
  • Out-of-body sensations
  • Energetic shifts (tingling, heat, waves of energy)

The energy is intelligent and will always give you exactly what you need at that moment. The key is to remain open, trust, and surrender to the process.

How to Prepare for the Session

To make the most of your experience:

  • Fast for at least 3 hours before the session (or eat something light, like fruit)
  • Avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours before
  • Wear comfortable clothing (layers are recommended)
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided
  • Doors open 15 minutes before the event — please come 5-10 minutes early to settle in
  • Snacks will be provided

Important Notes

  • Loud music is played throughout the session. If you have noise sensitivity, please take this into account before attending.
  • Sessions can be emotionally intense, so it’s important to be mentally prepared to process your experience. If you are in an emotionally fragile state, please assess whether this is the right time for you.
  • This session is not suitable for individuals who have a history of mania, psychosis, or delusions, epilepsy, heart conditions, or are in their third trimester of pregnancy.

I have no previous experience with energy, can I still attend?

YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a KAP class is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy it has nothing to do with experience, KAP is about feeling, not knowing.. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind.
