KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of kundalini awakening. In a session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
WHY KAP?
The transmission of KAP is different from any classic kundalini practice and goes beyond just kundalini. It’s a descending life force where the energy enters from the top of the crown and works its way toward the root, and eventually activates the kundalini at the root chakras and starts to flow both ways. This creates a more powerful but gradual awakening process than most people have ever experienced and is often described as very natural.
Even though clients might go through deep healing and have strong experiences on a spiritual level, the focus in KAP is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. What matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions.
Clients typically report having deep insights or realizations, strengthened intuition, shifts in perception of reality, more clarity, developed senses, a capacity to feel more deeply, deeper states of consciousness, a sense of purpose, deeper connection to themselves, living with a more open heart, inner knowing, bliss states, experiencing non-dual states or oneness… the list goes on.
It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A KAP TRANSMISSION IN PERSON & ONLINE?
The online classes are not much different to the in person classes. Some people are more comfortable to relax and receive the energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session. Some people find the energy to be slightly milder online while others feel like it’s equally powerful.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A CLASS?
There is a whole range of things that may happen after a KAP class, including the early to the later signs of kundalini awakening. KAP is an energy lineage that holds a wide range of frequencies beneficial for higher states of consciousness and spiritual growth in addition to the traditional kundalini signs/symptoms. This process removes energetic blocks and connects you to your higher self/source, which will look different for each individual.
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION:
- Avoid alcohol, substances and other intoxicants for 24 hours before and after the session
- Avoid eating (or eat lightly) within 3 hours leading up to the session
- Avoid caffeine within 3 hours leading up to the session
- Wear comfortable clothing and consider layering, as body temperature may fluctuate
- Bring a water bottle
- A yoga mat and blanket will be provided
CLASS DETAILS:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive by 4:50 PM for registration
- Start Time: The session begins promptly at 5:00 PM
- Note: To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, late arrivals cannot be accommodated
- Music: Wireless headsets will be provided for an immersive experience, which are designed to stay secure during movement, and include individual volume control

- Richmond station is less than a 10-minute walk away
- Terrace Gardens on Hill Rise is close by, where you may enjoy some time for introspection and integration after the session
PARKING:
- There is no on-site parking, as the bays are rented out to local residents
- Roadside parking may be available close by on Hill Rise or Paradise Road
- Paradise Road Multi-Storey Car Park is the closest car park and is just a few minutes' walk away
- Friars Lane Car Park (second closest) and Old Deer Car Park (third closest) are within a 5 to 10-minute walk and offer free parking after 5:00 PM

Frequently asked questions
YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a KAP class is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy it has nothing to do with experience. KAP is about feeling, not knowing... All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind.
KAP is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This process is mainly for spiritual growth and deepening of consciousness. However, many participants do report physical healings after one or a few sessions.
KAP is not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. As this process will expand your capacity to feel you will have to be able to handle the emotional process in between sessions.
Please inform us If you are pregnant. If in the third trimester, we recommend you to wait until after birth to continue with the transmissions. Before the third trimester (7-9 months), it is okay to attend as long as you are feeling well and can participate in gym or yoga activities, for example.
Yes. Many participants report that KAP helped them with their anxiety/depression. Just be aware that if you’re on antidepressant medication there’s a possibility that you could be less sensitive to the energy.
