What to Expect
This 75-minute KAP journey weaves together the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) with the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial-grade cacao. Designed to support both energetic release and emotional connection, this experience invites you into a space of openness, embodiment, and expansion.
We will begin by gathering for a cacao ceremony, drinking ceremonial-grade cacao to awaken the heart and create presence in the body. From there, we move into the 75-minute KAP session, where the energetic transmission supports release, activation, and deeper states of awareness. Finally, we close with grounding and space for optional sharing to gently integrate the experience.
Aligned with the New Moon, this experience supports letting go of old patterns, setting intentions, and opening to new levels of embodiment and heart-centered energy.
Alongside the inner work, this class also offers the chance to connect with like-minded souls in a safe and intimate group setting, fostering a sense of community and resonance.
This journey is for anyone who feels ready to soften into presence, open the heart, and experience both the depth of KAP and the nourishment of cacao.

What is Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)?
KAP is a profound energy transmission that awakens kundalini life force energy and non-dual states of consciousness. It is a deeply transformational process that can lead to emotional release, heightened awareness, and a greater sense of alignment with your true self.
With continued exposure, this process can rewire the brain and nervous system, releasing emotional blockages and expanding awareness. Participants often experience signs of kundalini awakening, ranging from subtle sensations to significant breakthroughs.
By activating your kundalini energy, you may:

What Happens During the Energy Transmission?

How to Prepare for the Session
To make the most of your experience:
- Fast for at least 3 hours before the session (or eat something light, like fruit)
- Avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours before
- Wear comfortable clothing (layers are recommended)
- Bring a water bottle
- Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided
- Doors open 15 minutes before the event — please come 5-10 minutes early to settle in
- Snacks will be provided
Important Notes
- Loud music is played throughout the session. If you have noise sensitivity, please take this into account before attending.
- Sessions can be emotionally intense, so it’s important to be mentally prepared to process your experience. If you are in an emotionally fragile state, please assess whether this is the right time for you.
- This session is not suitable for individuals who have a history of mania, psychosis, or delusions, epilepsy, heart conditions, or are in their third trimester of pregnancy.
