What is Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)?

KAP is a profound energy transmission that awakens kundalini life force energy and non-dual states of consciousness. It is a deeply transformational process that can lead to emotional release, heightened awareness, and a greater sense of alignment with your true self.

With continued exposure, this process can rewire the brain and nervous system, releasing emotional blockages and expanding awareness. Participants often experience signs of kundalini awakening, ranging from subtle sensations to significant breakthroughs.

By activating your kundalini energy, you may:

  • Release stored emotions, trauma, and limiting beliefs
  • Strengthen intuition and self-awareness
  • Experience deep states of peace, clarity, and connection
  • Feel more inspired, creative, and motivated
  • Open your heart and cultivate self-love

What to Expect in a Session

A KAP session lasts two hours and includes three key parts:

  1. Introduction & Explanation – A breakdown of the process, what to expect, and how to surrender to the experience.
  2. 60-Minute Energy Transmission – You will lie down on a mat while loud music plays, and the facilitator will work with your energy field from the distance or by touching chakra and meridian points.
  3. Sharing Circle – A space for integration and reflection, allowing you to verbalize and process your experience.

All essential information will be provided before we begin, ensuring you feel comfortable and prepared.

The session size is limited to 11 people.

What Happens During the Energy Transmission?

KAP follows the path of surrender, not willpower—meaning every experience is valid, whether subtle or intense. Some common responses include:

  • Spontaneous body movements
  • Emotional release (crying, laughing, deep relief)
  • Visions, insights, or clarity
  • Bliss states and expanded consciousness
  • Out-of-body sensations
  • Energetic shifts (tingling, heat, waves of energy)

The energy is intelligent and will always give you exactly what you need at that moment. The key is to remain open, trust, and surrender to the process.How to Prepare for the Session

To make the most of your experience:

  • Fast for at least 3 hours before the session (or eat something light, like fruit)
  • Avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours before
  • Wear comfortable clothing (layers are recommended)
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided
  • Doors are opened 15 minutes before the event. Please come 5-10min before the event to settle in

Important Notes

  • Loud music is played throughout the session. If you have noise sensitivity, please take this into account before attending.
  • Sessions can be emotionally intense, so it’s important to be mentally prepared to process your experience. If you are in an emotionally fragile state, please assess whether this is the right time for you.
  • This session is not suitable for individuals who have a history of mania, psychosis, or delusions, epilepsy, heart conditions or are in their third trimester of pregnancy

I have no previous experience with energy, can I still attend?

YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a KAP class is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy it has nothing to do with experience, KAP is about feeling, not knowing.. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind.
