Kundalini Activation

Here, you don’t have to do anything—simply lie down, close your eyes, surrender, and witness the magic unfold. This transmission is a blend of Kundalini life-force energy and non-dual states of consciousness.

No previous experience is required.

Although participants may undergo deep healing and powerful spiritual experiences, the most important aspect is how you integrate this frequency—releasing blocked energy that no longer serves you—and allow it to bring about a shift in your consciousness, helping you feel more aligned.

About the Facilitator

I’m Sophie, passionate about growth, self-development, and healing. I work full-time as a women’s health and empowerment coach, as well as a Kundalini facilitator.

My mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can fully express yourself and embrace who you truly are. I’m here to support you on your journey, helping you cultivate greater happiness, balance, and alignment in your life.

I understand that this transmission may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

1. What is Kundalini Activation Transmission (KAT)?

KAT is a form of energy transmission that activates your natural life force—often referred to as Kundalini energy. Unlike traditional Kundalini practices that require breathwork or specific techniques, this method is passive: you simply lie down, relax, and receive.

2. Do I need any experience or preparation?

No experience is needed. This is a non-verbal, no-effort modality. All you need to do is come with an open mind, lie down, and surrender to the process. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and it helps to avoid heavy meals or stimulants beforehand.

3. What does a session feel like?

Each experience is unique. You might feel energy moving through your body, see colors or visuals, have spontaneous movements, feel emotional release, or simply enter a deep state of peace and stillness. Some people have powerful responses right away, while for others the process is more subtle.

4. Is it safe?

Yes, it is safe and designed to work with your body’s natural energy system. The energy only moves as much as you’re ready for, and facilitators are trained to hold a safe and grounded space.

5. Should I avoid anything before the session?

Yes—it’s best to come with a clean and open system. We recommend avoiding alcohol, recreational drugs, and heavy or processed foods at least 24 hours before the session. On the day, try to eat light and stay well hydrated. This helps your body remain sensitive and receptive to the energy.
